In 1714 , he succeeded his father as Lord Aston Of Forfar in the Peerage Of Scotland . His lordship married Lady Mary Howard, only sister of the Duke Of Norfolk . He died April 4 , 1748 , and was succeeded by his third but eldest surviving son James Aston, 5th Lord Aston Of Forfar . REFERENCES |
