Voice of Turkey is the international service of Turkish state radio on Shortwave . INTRODUCTION It broadcasts in English , Turkish , Greek , Croatian , Chinese , Russian , Tatar , Arabic , Kazakh , Azeri , Kirghiz , German , Bulgarian , Turkmen , Persian and French .
