Vision Airlines, formerly '''Vision Air''', is a Las Vegas , Nevada based Scheduled Airline . This airline operates scheduled air tours of the Grand Canyon , Marble Canyon , Hoover Dam , and Monument Valley . During the summer season, Vision Airlines flys white water rafters to their destinations along the Colorado River . Vision currently offers regular service between its hub at the North Las Vegas Airport and Mesa, Arizona 's Williams Gateway Airport , and in May, 2006 plans to expand service to Scottsdale . As of April, 2006, "Vision Airlines is operating as a charter carrier, but is seeking federal government certification to operate as a commercial airline" {Link without Title} .
