Hancock's depictions of vegans are more than likely parodical, although in interviews with the artist, this is less than clear. One is reminded of Max Ernst 's character Loplop who, within the terms of Surrealism , cannot be classified as entirely Fiction al or Fact ual because surrealism intends to cross the boundaries between, and merge the qualities of, Reality and Dream s. |
