Liase with and attend OUSU Equal Opportunities Committee.
Promote equal opportunities, and campaign against discrimination, on the basis of sex, race, religion, nationality or citizenship, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability and ethnic, national, or social origins, or by any other characteristic compatible with a university’s and college’s purposes.
Liase with the Ethnic Minorities', International Students', Women's, LGBT, and SWD Reps and ensure each performs their required duties and endeavour to ensure the positions remain filled.
Be present during Fresher's Week in a welfare capacity.
Maintain an awareness of equal opportunities best practice.
