The family comes back from the water park and gets stuck in a disastrous traffic jam, in which Malcolm meets an attractive girl, Jessica. Meanwhile, Lois gets angry when she is dubbed a Control Freak by policemen on site, and Dewey continues to wander all around the town from balloon chasing to getting driven back home by a motorcycle gang after an adventure, and Francis eats 100 quacks to show the rest that anyone can eat 100 quacks.
