A traffic congestion map is a graphical, Realtime or near-realtime representation of traffic flow for some particular area. This might be displayed on a Web Page for ease of access, to help Commuter s decide how to avoid congested areas. Frequently these show conditions on Highway s, but local Street s can also be shown.
