It was produced by Turner Entertainment , distributed by Warner Home Video , and was released on VHS and DVD in 2002 . Plot Tom and Jerry is at it again. This time, Jerry has a magic ring stuck on his head, and both of them met enemies in town who want the ring, Jerry or Tom. IT's up to Tom and Jerry to work together as a team to dodge danger and quickly take off the magic ring o n Jerry's head. Summary The story starts out in a haunted house, where Tom usually catches Jerry and breakes everything in the house. Meanwhile, in the basement, a wizard named Chip is making a magical potion, from using the ingredients: warts from a Bullfrog , one stick of butter, milk from a cow that lives in Calcutta . With a count of three, he used his magic ring to make his potion, until it pooped out. Chip checked the milk carton that he used on the potion, but there was no substitution for the milk of a cow that lives in Calcutta. Later, Tom just got into the basement, and Chip ordered him to guard his magic ring, while he goes to Calcutta to milk a cow. If Tom does a good job, he'll be rewarded with a big juicy salmon, but if not, "there will one less kitty to clean up after around here." So, Chip left to Calcutta by using his motorcycle, and Tom is in the basement, guarding the ring. Jerry, however climbs up on the table, where Chip left his magic ring. As Jerry found the ring, he began to wear it, looking royal to himself. Tom spotted Jerry, who was wearing the ring. He orders Jerry to give the ring, but notice that it was stuck.
