The House On Sorority Row is a low budget film made in 1983 and set in America and starring Kate McNeil , Eileen Davidson , Janis Ward , Robin Meloy , Harley Jane Kozak , Jodi Draigie , Ellen Dorsher and Lois Kelso Hunt . PLOT When seven sorority house girls Kathryn, Vicki, Liz, Diane, Jeanie, Morgan and Stevie want to have a leaving party, the house mother decides not to let tham have it, so two of the girls Vicki and Liz decide to play a practical joke on Mrs Slater that goes horribly wrong. When the house mother is shot dead the girls decide to hide her in the pool until the party is over, but something has seen what they have done and something is going to get revenge as one by one the girls are killed off leading up to an explosive climax. MRS SLATER A strict old woman who likes order and structure at her sorority house. Accidentally shot in the chest by Vicki when Mrs Slater hits Vicki with her cane, causing the gun to go off STEVIE The quite one of the group Stabbed to death in the cellar, we only see her shadows on the wall during the murder. MORGAN The pretty one of the group Stabbed through the back with a cane DIANE The tomboy of the group Stabbed repeatedly with a cane, when the killer thrusts it through the sunroof of her van. Her body is shown afterwards floating in the swimming pool when Kathyrn discovers her. JEANIE The weak and vulnerable one of the group Throat slit in a restroom stall (on-screen), then decapitated (off-screen); her severed head is shown afterwards in the toilet when Kathryn discovers her. LIZ The practical joker of the group Throat slashed with a cane-handle in the van; her body is shown again afterwards when Vicki discovers her. VICKI The vindictive and vicious member of the group Hacked to death with a silver cane-handle and then stabbed in the eye with it in a graveyard KATHRYN The nice one of the group Kathryn survives the horror EXTERNAL LINK |
