Technology law is the amalgamation of regulatory agencies and regulations that govern the morality and safety of new technologies. ex. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates new advances in pharmaceuticals to ensure the safety of the end consumer. Technology law also refers to the area of legal practice related to the sale and/or licensing of computer hardware and software, and the provision of related services (such as consulting, implementation, development and maintenance/support services). |
