Sunnyside Greenhouses, Inc. is a family (3 generations, Gordon, Betty, Warren & Grant Jensen) operated large scale home and garden buisiness located at the corner of Sarcee Trail and 34 Avenue, Calgary , Alberta , Canada . They offer a wide selection of annual and perennial flowers and plants, tropical plants, a full line of pet foods and accessories, patio furniture, pottery, artificial flowers & plants, and a Christmas department. They also have a "tree lot" that has fountains, ponds, trees, and bulk soil, sand, mulch, dirt. It also sells large quantities of bagged soil, brought in daily from their warehouse in Cochrane. Sunnyside is open 9am-9pm, 7 days a week, during the spring and summer. It employs over 200 people, for various positions, both those positions requiring experience and a green thumb, as well as those that don't.
