''Sport Billy'' was a 1982 American Television Cartoon made by Filmation Associates exclusively for a Broadcast in Germany and Greece . It consisted of 26 episodes. A couple of years later, the show was shown in the United States and aired on NBC . Sport Billy (the main character) is a boy who battles Queen Vanda and her Gnome -like Henchman ,Sipe, who want to destroy all Sport . He is assisted by two faithful companions, a girl called Sport Lilly and a talking Dog called Willy. Each week they save a different sport from Queen Vanda's grasp. Billy and his friends fly around their Fictional Universe in a Clock shaped Space Craft and wherever they meet trouble Billy has help from his bottomless sports bag called the "Omni Sack", full of Gadget s.
