Small Down Knoll


	Location	Somerset , England

Small Down Knoll is the site of an Iron Age Hill Fort in the Mendip District of Somerset , England .

The hill fort has distinctive rampards and has three Tumuli in its centre. The top of the fort is marked by an Ordnance Survey trig point and is 222 Metres (728 Ft ) above sea level.

The hill fort is currently an Open Access area under a DEFRA}} Scheme Which Expires In 2007. A [[foot Path also cuts across the site.
