Slovenia ended on the 6th place in the Eurobasket 2005 and thus qualified for Basketball World Championship 2006 . Since the independance of the country in 1992 , the team competed at every European Basketball Championship but failed to advance to the next group until 2005. CURRENT PLAYERS
