A young inventor on a Fulbright Scholarship announced a working model in 2003 , and the US Army is also developing a battlefield model. A model being currently created at the University of Reading, is one of the only ones to utilise two hands, attempt signs that involve motion, and make it relevant to British Sign Language (BSL).
