The Seattle Mountaineers are an International Basketball League (2005-) team based in Bellevue, Washington . The team is owned and coached by Don Sims. The Mountaineers will play home games at Bellevue Community College . In January of 2006, a new league, called the American National Basketball League stated in a press release that a team called the Seattle Mountaineers would participate in their 2006-2007 season.
