The racial makeup of the area was 86.05% White , 1.16% African American , 0.63% Native American , 7.53% Asian , 0.22% Pacific Islander , 1.27% from Other Races , and 3.15% from two or more races. 3.02% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 11,633 households out of which 48.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.4% were Married Couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 15.8% were non-families. 11.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.03 and the average family size was 3.28. In the area the population was spread out with 31.1% under the age of 18, 5.7% from 18 to 24, 35.5% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 6.1% who were 65 years of age or older.
