Today, there are a number of science fiction clubs in the country, including Skandinavisk Förening För Science Fiction , Linköpings Science Fiction-Förening and Sigma Terra Corps . Between one and four science fiction congresses are held each year in Sweden. An annual prize is awarded to someone that has contributed to the national fandom by the Alvar Appeltofft Memorial Fund .
