SABA TOWER 1 Saba Tower 1 is a 150 metre (492 foot) tall tower which will be a mixed purpose building with 37 floors, one floor more than Towers 2 & 3. Construction began earliar than most buildings on the entire development and is due for completion in mid- 2006 . As of March 2006 , most of the exterior glass panels had been fitted. It was designed by RMJM Dubai . SABA TOWERS 2 & 3 Saba Towers 2 & 3 are also 150 metre tall towers which, when completed in 2006 and 2007 , will serve for Residential purposes. Unlike Tower 1, they will have 36 floors. They both follow a different design to Tower 1 however were designed by the same Architect . They will be the twin towers of the complex and are disassociated with Tower 1 as the clusters are formed from residential towers. Tower 3 will be the last in the cluster to be completed.
