MAKING


Measure equal amount (for example 2 dl) of cream and sugar in small microwave safe bowl. Watch carefully while heating with full power. Once in a minute mix it with a spoon and put it back. If it starts to come over the bowl edges, take it out to cool down for a while. After few minutes it turns to smooth but thick Caramel that sticks to the spoon. Let it cool down in freezer on small plates.
