Information About

Road Kill Cafe

HISTORY

The first Road Kill Cafe opened in 1992 in Greenville, Maine. Then they opened locations in Rangeley and York, Maine. Next came locations in Laconia and Bartlett, New Hampshire. In 1997 they began to expand quickly: locations opened in Seabrook, New Hampshire, Essex, Massachusetts, Hyannis and Plymouth, Massachusetts, Newport, Rhode Island, New London, Connecticut, and Saratoga Springs, New York. This rapid expansion probably caused them to go bankrupt, and the chain went out of business in 1999.
