Various groups, mostly Islam ic groups, were implicated as masterminds in the bombings, including the Jemaah Islamiyah , the Moro Islamic Liberation Front , and the Moro National Liberation Front . Blumentritt Station of the Metro Manila Light Rail Transit registered the most casualties. |
