He made his first directorial job under Fernando Poe Production of Malikmati aka In the Winked of an Eye starred by Fernando Poe and Mona Lisa Abelardo signed an exclusive contract for Lvn Pictures and directed Leopoldo Salcedo in Action Movie about the life of a Bandit in Lvn Picture 's El Diablo aka The Devil.
