During his studies with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Louisiana Tech University, Dr. Baron and his research team found that for various metal samples soaked at -320 degrees Fahrenheit, the wear resistance was approximately 2.6 times greater than that for samples soaked at -120 degrees Fahrenheit.
