Some features that come with Membership to the site include a Question of the Day, which is a thoughtful question which has a long list of people's answers that other members can vote for and help others to 'win'; a Picture of the Day, which is similar except you must provide a Caption to a picture rather than an answer to a question; and also an archive of all your questions and answers, and leaderboards which use the ratings people give for the answers you provide them with.
