Quentin Butler is a fictional character in the science fiction-series of the Legends of Dune-triology, taking place about 10 000 years before Frank Herbert's original '' Dune ''. Quentin was born as a member of the Vigar-family, but changed his name upon marrying the Butler-heir, Wandra Butler , daughter of Xavier Harkonnen and Octa Butler, sister to Serena Butler . Together the pair had three sons, Faykan Corrino , Rikov Butler and Abulurd Harkonnen . During his time in the Army of the Jihad, he made his way up to the rank of primero (general). In the year 88 B.G., Quentin was captured by the Titan General Agamemnon , and transformed into a Cymek . In the end he managed to kill the Titan Juno , and was willing to sacrify his life to kill the Titan Dante and destroy the last remains of the cymeks. |
