The Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) is the administrative body responsible for processing applications for entrance into tertiary and other higher education institutions in the state of Queensland , Australia . QTAC is an independent, non-profit company established in 1990 under the then six public Queensland universities.
