The institute has an international reputation for its specialist focus on various aspects of Intellectual Property Law , and is host to a number of permanent and visiting academics. It offers postgraduate education by way of Certificate and Masters programmes to train future Trademark Attorney s and Patent Attorney s in English and European IP Law, while also contributing individual courses to the broader University Of London LLM programme. In addition, it provides commercial training, hosts various lectures and publishes the Queen Mary Studies In Intellectual Property Law & Policy series. It participates in the European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN), which links a number of European IP institutions into a series of yearly rotating training sessions for current students of the institutions.
