In addition, the Queen's Division also maintains two bands, the Minden Band and the '''Normandy Band'''. Under the 2005 restructuring of the infantry, the regular battalions of the Queen's Division will remain unaffected. However, both the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and the Royal Anglian Regiment will each gain a Territorial Army battalion - the East of England Regiment will most likely be redesignated 3rd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment, while the various fusilier companies in the West Midlands Regiment and Tyne-Tees Regiment will be amalgamated into the 5th Battalion, Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. The London Regiment will be transferred as the affiliated TA battalion to the Guards Division . |
