ACADEMICS Pullman High School had a 96.6% graduation rate in 2005. From 2000-2005, the school graduated 17 National Merit Scholars. {Link without Title} SCHEDULE The school operates on a 6-period, A/B (3 periods/day) block schedule. Periods 1,3,5 meet on "A" days and periods 2,4,6 meet on "B" days. Classes are 100 minutes long, with a 15 minute "nutrition" break and a 45-minute lunch period. There is a current debate on changing the schedule to allow more flexible scheduling. ATHLETICS Pullman High School is a member of the Great Northern League, and offers football, volleyball, wrestling, basketball, swimming, cross-county, track and field, golf, tennis, baseball, softball, and cheerleading, as well as numerous other non-athletic extracurricular activities.
