Property Ladder is the name of a television show that airs in both the U.K. and the U.S., where first-time Property, Or Real-estate, Developers purchase houses (usually in need of repair), Renovate (or Flip ) them, and attempt to sell them for a profit. Their efforts (and frustrations) are the featured bit of the show. An expert property developer steps in to provide advice. The U.K. edition of the show is produced by Channel 4, with Sarah Beeny as the expert property developer.
