The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) ( IPA //) is the governing body of football in Portugal . It organises the Second and Third Division , the Cup Of Portugal , the SuperCup Cândido De Oliveira , youth levels, women's football, Futsal and also the Portugal National Football Team . It is based in Lisbon .
