The person within is then covered in materials spilled from the containment area below. Port-a-john tipping is also sometimes performed on an unoccupied porta-potty; because no specific person is the object of harm in this scenario, it is more accurate to consider tipping over an unoccupied port-a-john to be Vandalism than a practical joke. Port-a-john tipping can create a Health Hazard , and can be extremely dangerous. If an occupied port-a-john is tipped over door-side down, the occupant can become trapped inside in a puddle of human waste.
