The Popular Movement of the Revolution ( in Democratic Republic Of The Congo (also known as Congo- Kinshasa ). Since the actual electoral strength of the political parties in Congo is not known, the size of the party cannot be determined. From 1966 onwards, the country's dictator Mobutu Sese Seko oversaw a transition from military rule towards a Kleptocracy . This was supported by a single-party political structure in which the MPR was the sole permitted political party. |
