Pizza Delight was founded in 1968 in Shediac , New Brunswick by Bernard Imbeault and two of his friends. The restaurant serves mainly pizza and Italian food. Today it has over 100 restaurants, and also operates in Nova Scotia , Newfoundland , Alberta PEI Quebec and Ontario . It also currently owns the Mike's and Scores Restaurant Chains with locations in Quebec and the Maritimes. HISTORY In 2001 - 2004 the entire franchise underwent a total re-decoration and added several menu items including numerous non-Italian dishes as well as free grill-your-own bread with any purchase.
