The Pittsburgh Industrial Railroad is a Class III Short-line Railroad operating about 42 Mile s of Track over the Chartiers Branch in southwest Pennsylvania . It is owned by RailTex , who bought the line from Conrail in 1996. It was sold to the Ohio Central and renamed the Pittsburgh And Ohio Central Railroad in 2000.
