The Music Video for "Pieces of a Dream" was recorded on September 17 and 18. The video, which was shot in Los Angeles, California , was directed by David Lippman and Charles Mahling. It is in black and white, and at the three minute mark Anastacia goes completely insane; she's in some sort of mental hospital/psychiatric ward.
