Philip Anthony Barresi (born 8 August 1955 ), Australian politician, has been a Liberal member of the Australian House Of Representatives since March 1996 , representing the Division Of Deakin , Victoria . He was born in Patti , Italy , and was educated at the Australian National University and Swinburne University (then the Swinburne Institute of Technology).
