The company's main offices are in Mina Al Fahal in Muscat . PDO's central base of operations in the interior of Oman is located in Fahud . PDO also refers to a (partly residential) section of the Omani capital area related to this company. PDO is the home for many Expatriates in Muscat. It features a beach club, which includes pool facilities, a Snooker hall, two halls for sports (where many sport classes are taught), a brand new art studio, a language department, a golf course, tennis courts, a skate park, and four food and drink bars, in addition to the beach.
