Pauline Moran (born in Blackpool , Lancashire , England ) is a English Actress who is best known for her role in Agatha Christie's Poirot . She trained at several schools including the National Youth Theatre and the Royal Academy Of Dramatic Art . In Agatha Christie's Poirot, she portrayed Poirot's secretary, Miss Felicity Lemon and acted alongside David Suchet and Hugh Fraser . Although primarily a stage actress, she also appeared in the films " Three Weeks " (1977), " The Five Minute Films " (1982) and " The Woman In Black " (1989) as well as in the television series " The Cleopatras " and " The Good Soldier ".
