Olga Finkel

Prior to setting up WH Law , Dr. Finkel was head of the Gaming and ICT practice at Gatt Frendo Tufigno Advocates . Dr. Finkel has conducted a number of studies and consultancies commissioned by Maltese public authorities, the Commonwealth and the European Commission in the field of e- and m-commerce, e-signatures and telecoms. She is a member of the International Masters Of Gaming Law and the Society For Computers And Law . Dr. Finkel also lectures on legal aspects of e-business as part of the MBA programme at the University Of Grenoble .
