OCPA's Capitol Freedom Fund is a ten year fundraising goal to raise build a state of the start headquarters near the state capitol. The new headquarters are made available to the state congress and have hosted the governor, lieutenant governor, and multiple other political leaders in the area. OCPA's annual Citizenship Award has proven to be the foundation's biggest event, most recently they honored Michael Reagan. Former winners have included Clarence Thomas and Dinesh D'Souza.
