''New World Order'' is an online team-based Tactical First-person Shooter Video Game , similar to '' Counter-Strike ''. The game was developed by Termite Games , a Swedish game studio and is powered by the DVA Graphics Engine . The game went on sale in 2003 . The game was largely panned by critics. STORY In the enear future terrorist factions known as The Syndicate are becomming increasingly successful in creating mayhem around the world. They are trained mercenaries, specializing in sabotage, kidnapping, destruction and espionage and there seems to be no way to stop them.
