As Of 2004 , the NJSEA's purview has expanded to include Monmouth Park Racetrack in Oceanport, New Jersey ; the Atlantic City, New Jersey Convention Center and Boardwalk Hall, the long-time home of the Miss America Scholarship Pageant ; and The Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, New Jersey . The NJSEA also hosts the Sports Hall Of Fame Of New Jersey at the Continental Airlines Arena . In addition, the NJSEA built the New Jersey State Aquarium at Camden , and NJSEA funds were used to renovate various athletic facilities at Rutgers University . The NJSEA also contributed to the construction of the Meadowlands Environment Center in Lyndhurst , just across Berry's Creek from the sports complex. EXTERNAL LINKS
