In 1930 the beachfront hotel along with the golf course and the original Naples Hotel were used as staff quarters. Then in the 1970’s the original location was tour down, but the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club remained and has been maintained to this day. Modern renovations include a new Clubhouse and Spa while upgrading guest rooms and suites. The current hotel is owned by third generation Watkins heirs, Michael and Henry Watkins III and includes 318 rooms on a 125 acre hotel complex.
