European Broadcasting Union , which countries must be part of in order to compete in Eurovision, in late
2004 . Moldova will make their second appearance in Eurovision in the
2006 Contest , gaining automatic qualification to the final thanks to
Zdob şi Zdub 's 6th place in
Kyïv .
