Michael Cormican (born March 3 1948 in Coolbawn, County Tipperary , Ireland ), was the federal Liberal Party candidate for the Electoral District of Lethbridge in the 2006 Canadian General Federal Election . Cormican has been a Canadian citizen for over 28 years, and resides in Lethbridge where he and his wife Gloria raised their four children: Sean, David , Aileen and Richael. Cormican is a member of both the Alberta Liberal Party and the Liberal Party of Canada. In addition to politics, he is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse . Cormican is also the Mental Health Programs Contracts Coordinator for the Chinook Health Region .
