Michael Adler

Adler attended the Wharton School Of The University Of Pennsylvania where he studied Economics, followed by the University Of Pennsylvania Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 1988. {Link without Title}

After graduation, Adler practiced law with Feldman, Waldman & Kline in San Francisco , followed by General Counsel positions with SchoolSports, Inc. and Cheyenne Software. He was subsequently hired as a vice president of USA Interactive, which became InterActiveCorp (IAC) where he was most recently Senior Vice President of Finance Analysis. IAC Spun Off Expedia in 2005, where Adler will replace Mark Gunning as CFO. {Link without Title}
