GEOGRAPHY According to the United States Census Bureau , the town has a total area of 93.3 Km&2 (36.0 Mi&2 ). 93.3 km&2 (36.0 mi&2) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water. DEMOGRAPHICS As of the Census 2 of 2000, there were 600 people, 211 households, and 163 families residing in the town. The Population Density was 6.4/km&2 (16.6/mi&2). There were 265 housing units at an average density of 2.8/km&2 (7.4/mi&2). The racial makeup of the town was 97.33% White , 0.00% African American , 0.17% Native American , 0.00% Asian , 0.00% Pacific Islander , 0.33% from Other Races , and 2.17% from two or more races. 1.83% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 211 households out of which 40.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.6% were Married Couples living together, 3.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.7% were non-families. 20.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.84 and the average family size was 3.30. In the town the population was spread out with 30.2% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 26.3% from 25 to 44, 23.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 112.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.4 males. The median income for a household in the town was $41,161, and the median income for a family was $48,750. Males had a median income of $33,036 versus $22,847 for females.
