It was founded in 1994 as a Kindergarten, and in 2003 had reached the size of 100 students up to Grade 6. The school has a "toddler-adult program" begun in 1997 which educates children and caregivers together. The adults practise dollmaking, sewing etc while the children play, draw, or make beeswax models. This is followed by a session of songs and poetry, and the morning is completed with puppet shows or storytelling. REFERENCES
